Evergreen Orthopedic Center (EOC) was established over 40 years ago as an orthopaedic center of excellence in the Seattle area. It is a physician owned group with clinic locations in Kirkland, Redmond and Monroe, Washington. They also have a four operating room ASC, MRI and Physician Therapy in their Kirkland site.
EOC is part of Proliance Surgeons, Inc.P.S. www.proliancesurgeons.com.
Proliance shareholder surgeons also have their own liability company. MD Risk Retention Group Inc.
