Due to extensive growth over the last three years (patient volume up nearly 50%), Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS) has an extraordinary opportunity for an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurosurgeon at our highly respected, growing physician-owned practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working in a hospital or private practice.
You will join a team of 21 Orthopedic Surgeons, six Rheumatologists, and two Pain Management physicians dedicated to continually improving our patient’s lives by providing high quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements
· Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin
· Orthopedic Spine Fellowship or Neurological Fellowship required
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred
· Board eligible or board certified
